Gautier has a wealth of 17 years of corporate resilience, crisis management and people protection. He was most recently the lead organizer and general coordinator for the visit of Pope Francis to Geneva and the 40’000 pilgrims Mass in 2019.

Previous to this, Gautier was a Senior Consultant providing strategic risk management advisory services for Corporate entities and High Net Worth individuals in high risk locations (i.e. Ivory Coast, Iraq, Niger, Egypt, Soudan, Mexico).

Gautier has also held position as Head of security and strategic information Officer for the Federal Palace in Bern advising directly the Council of Ministers on strategic security matters, business continuity, crisis management, information protection and counterespionage. Gautier supported in the liberation of swiss hostages in Afghanistan.

He served as a Commanding Officer and Army Instructor in the Swiss armed Forces and has specialized in counterinsurgency warfare tactics.

Gautier’ first work experience was as a Swiss Guard at the Vatican protecting two Popes (Saint John-Paul II & Benedict XVI) and over 100 heads of State and VIPs.
