Allen Yee is Senior Counsel at The Coca-Cola Company managing and providing advice on litigation, risk management, and government investigations and prosecution across all parts of the Company’s global operations.  Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Allen was in private practice at Vinson & Elkins, LLP in Dallas, TX and Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, LLP in Atlanta, GA.  Allen earned both his B.S. and J.D. with high honors from the University of Georgia.  Allen’s public service includes the boards of the Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority and the University of Georgia School of Law.
