On 25 May 2023, the International SOS Foundation will be hosting our sixth Duty of Care Summit & Awards at the Fairmont Austin. Now in its fifth year, the Summit brings together industry-leading experts for discussion, debate and practical case studies on protecting a global workforce.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, civil unrest, as well as environmental and economic pressures on global organisations, this year’s theme encompasses the focus on resilience and change in light of robust and challenging circumstances Leading Change for a Re-Imagined Future.

The Summit brings together industry-leading experts for discussion, debate and practical case studies on protecting a global workforce. Featuring a global panel of speakers, the sessions will cover topics such as, Geopolitical Instability, Resilience in Crisis, Climate Change & Health, Mental Health & Wellbeing, Pandemic Preparedness, Travel Risks, Inclusion & Diversity, and much more.

The Awards honour organisations, institutions, NGOs and individuals that have raised the standards of protecting the health, safety, security and wellbeing of their people. For over six years, the Awards have recognised organisations that fulfil their Duty of Care responsibilities by enhancing work conditions globally, improve people’s welfare and ultimately, help save lives.
