Tina reluctantly started her career in Lloyd’s in 1995 in the property/energy class, moved into political violence then crisis management classes and discovered specialty insurance was surprisingly fun. After 15 years underwriting over 14 product lines she moved across to lead the Innovation Initiative at Beazley syndicate working across all lines. In March 2020 she joined Munich Re in their specialist Epidemic Risk Solutions team.
