Her previous experience includes working in multinational companies including Mercer, Acer Computer Middle East, and Prudential Relocation. The common thread to all of these roles was creating and delivering cross culture and HR strategy for business leaders.
 
Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, Karen has also lived in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, The UK, Nigeria, and the United States. She has traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. She speaks both French and Arabic fluently and is proficient in Spanish.
