Ms Kai Britt Boschmann is Chief Marketing & Communications officer with a global remit for its Marketing and Communications strategy at International SOS, the world’s leading health & security risk management company, headquartered in London, operating in 92 countries. She is a member of the Group Leadership Committee, Executive Director of one of its group subsidiaries and Chair of the company’s ESG Committee. 

Before that, her work experience spanned 20 years at Cable & Wireless Worldwide plc, Dixons Group plc Burger King International, and Federal Express Corp. (FedEx) in senior marketing & communications roles.

She has lived and worked in the US, France, Holland, Germany, Belgium and the UK. She is tri-lingual.

She holds an M.A. in Marketing from a prestigious business school in Paris and an MBA from European University in Brussels, completed the Cranfield University marketing directors' programme on leading profitable growth. She enjoys mentoring, guest-lecturing, & conference speaking.

Kai sits on IPSOS Reputation Council, is Chair of the BSI Committee for Travel Risk Management and holds the FT Non-Exec Director Diploma.

Outside work she is an advanced Personal Trainer, practices Yoga and studied Nutrition & Life Coaching at the Institute of Leadership. Kai is also a certified mental health first aider. She is learning to play the piano (ABRSM Grade 4).
